At Consignment Store, we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet your expectations, provided they remain in their original condition with all security tags attached. Please note that due to the unique nature of pre-owned luxury, certain high-value pieces and final sale items may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and store tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition against its original listing, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
